Common Questions
Is there a minimum hourly charge? +
Yes. All union-operated crane rentals are subject to a 4-hour minimum charge.
How much space is required to set up a crane? +
Setup requirements vary depending on the crane size and job site:
- Cranes under 40 tons: Approximately 20 feet wide by 35 feet long
- Cranes over 40 tons: Approximately 30 feet wide by 50 feet long
Because every project is unique, our team can help evaluate your site requirements in advance.
Do you supply rigging? +
Yes. All cranes come equipped with standard rigging. If your project requires specialized rigging equipment, please let us know prior to delivery so we can ensure the appropriate equipment is available.
Do you offer Additional Insured certificates? +
Yes. We can provide Additional Insured certificates through our insurance carrier, typically within a half business day. Standard forms are provided at no additional charge.
Can someone visit my job site to determine the crane size I need? +
Yes. We have experienced field representatives who visit sites daily to assess project requirements and recommend the appropriate crane and equipment.
This service is provided at no cost, and in most cases, we can perform same-day site visits.
